My name is Fatima Gallicchio, and I am the owner of Advanced Billing Concepts. I have over 15 years of experience in billing, coding, and collections. I started as an employee of this company and moved up to office manager. I am now the owner because of my knowledge, experience, and dedication to helping our clients prosper. Upon starting a contract with a client, I will personally visit my client’s office, as needed, to make a smooth transition and to assist with any administrative issues they may be experiencing. I always want my clients to feel they are just a phone call away and strive to personalize the business relationship.
